Our Open Source Databases

The databases available at NOSTOPS has been an effort of countless man hours spent sifting through the countless other resources available online. What makes our database worthwhile, is besides our human element behind every listing, these listings are routinely checked against the DOL listings of non-blacklisted companies, as well as via the reviews and ratings made available by our members at goolti.com, which is a part of the NOSTOPS community.

Database of Work Visa Sponsors:

The database comprises of companies that sponsor the work visa which allows an individual to be gainfully employed in the United States. Through this effort our objective of minimizing the brokerage of Intellectual capital outside of Americas has been fruitful. The database grows as our members participate in updating us periodically about the companies in practice thereby maintaining the quality of the database . However, it has been our continued effort to fine-tune the quality of companies listed and we allow our members to post a particular company before they get listed publicly.

Database of Visa / Job Seekers:

It has been our constant endeavor to minimize 'middle men' in the space of IT consulting, making NOSTOPS a true peoples organization. Our open source database of visa/job seekers, allows individuals to post their brief professional summary online publicly, in order to receive direct communication from domestic as well as overseas employers.
As a value added service, these free visa/ job seekers benefit from our memberships which enhances their possibilities of seeking a genuine employer.

Database of Attorneys:

The H & L Work visa programs are the most sought after non-immigrant visa programs of the United States. These visa programs have created a indentured workforce that do the same kid of work but has created a divide between the domestic workforce and the citizens from abroad on these guest worker programs, who are subjugated and serve an involuntary servitude towards their employer.
The early exhaustion of the stipulated visa quota via the H1 lottery, the immigration policies favoring the employers and the involuntary servitude of the guest workers, has created a need for our database of immigration and labor attorneys who work pro-bono on behalf of NOSTOPS members, that help negotiate or arbitrage on behalf of the members.
With the quantum of guest worker presently in the United States, our database of attorneys allows our members easy access to legal representation.
