Over the past 5 years NOSTOPS has kept its mandate focused viz: "facilitating issues of the migrant knowledge workers" who seek the infamous H1 visa which is a short term employment visa for the United States. The demand for skilled human capital continues to grow. India's knowledge worker repository has seen a huge demand worldwide, despite the need, there is a short fall of established standards that streamline the process of bringing genuine employers (visa sponsors) and the genuine skilled human capital resource.
The limited employer sanctions, in countries allow for greater human rights violations, and it is with this in mind, NOSTOPS proposes to initiate a new dimension to newer market segments thus striving to quantify on its existing efforts.
NOSTOPS is now more committed towards finding a solution centric approach to the challenges most employment visa/employment seekers face.
Allowing members to worry free of their visa sponsorship details, thus bringing focus on the job prospects of the individual employment seeker.
It is imperative for NOSTOPS at this juncture to offer a bridge between the job seekers and the employers who abuse the visa sponsoring rules with impunity.
NOSTOPS aims to work with the media and the local ministries in these countries.
