H1 visa sponsoring ( H1 visa dependant ) employers routinely check the credentials & background of the potential employees (Candidates) seeking employment in order for them to recruit candidates with genuine education and work experience. The H1 visa system loopholes has been utilized by the unscrupulous body shops, that act as brokers or middlemen. Very often, the H or L visa candidates spend a considerable amount of bench time (time spent in between assignments).   • 6% of the Candidates have had a criminal background or have committed serious offences, including theft, sabotage and subversion. In some cases, a small number has abetted terrorist acts as well.

  • Over 60% of H1B Work visas are petitioned for candidates with no real job available. Candidates serving bench time, will thus highlight bogus visa sponsoring companies via gaps in employment
