Founded by Swami Sivananda Saraswati (1887–1963) at the Divine Life Society, Rishikesh. Emphasises the synthesis of Karma, Bhakti, Jnana, and Raja yogas — 'Serve, Love, Give, Purify, Meditate, Realise.' Notable students include Swami Vishnudevananda, Swami Chidananda, and Swami Krishnananda.
