Viniyoga (Desikachar)
Viniyoga
Viniyoga, developed by T. K. V. Desikachar (1938–2016) from his father Krishnamacharya's later teaching, adapts practice to the individual through breath-led sequencing (vinyāsa-krama) and therapeutic application. It emphasises yoga fitted to the person rather than the person fitted to yoga.
