India’s fastest-growing risk: An exhausted workforce

About the author

Anjali Teacher

I've been teaching yoga in Navi Mumbai for eleven years, rooted in the Iyengar lineage and drawn to its precision and depth. My classes weave together Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, Kundalini Kriya, Pranayama, Chair Yoga, Pre and Post-Natal, and Therapeutic practices to meet each student exactly where they are. My work centres on the places where yoga quietly changes lives — easing stress, supporting spine health, calming anxiety through breath, and nurturing mental wellbeing. I also bring yoga into leadership and corporate settings, working with executives and teams on breath, posture, movement recovery, and sleep. Whether you are a complete beginner or navigating something deeper, my teaching is trauma-informed, practical, and always grounded in care.
